All orders from TM Productions and its affiliated websites are final, due to the nature of how our products and services are delivered, therefore we uphold a strict no refund policy. The customer is responsible for ensuring their purchase is what they want to buy and that the order details are correct before purchasing the service, media or content from TM Productions store or TanyaM.com. Prior to submitting for processing and billing, please ensure that you do not order the same clips twice. Please report any billing errors to customerservice@TanyaM.com. Resolution of any billing errors by TanyaM.com will be handled immediately. Any fraud or abuse on this site will not be tolerated. All sales are final. If a customer disputes the transaction with the issuing bank, we will immediately disqualify you from future sales and you will be banned from ordering from our store. We take fraud very seriously and will actively report cases of fraud to the local authorities for further prosecution.
